About Vik Chadha
Vik Chadha is a seasoned entrepreneur and technology executive with over 25 years of experience building and scaling B2B software companies. As Founder and CEO of Scalable Ventures, he has invested in and advised numerous successful startups.
Vik co-founded UnifyCX in 2006, growing it from a startup to over 6,000 employees providing contact center and business process outsourcing services. He also co-founded Backupify, a cloud backup solution that was acquired by Datto in 2014 (Datto went public in 2020).
His expertise spans SaaS development, IT operations, enterprise governance, and startup leadership. Vik holds an MS in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech and a B.E. in Electronics and Communications from Manipal Institute of Technology.
