I launched ToolkitCafe in 2009 and recorded our first sale in 2010 — the same year Inc.com featured our Social Media Policies Toolkit in their guide to writing social media policies. Seventeen years later, 1,750+ managers across 30 countries use our templates. I've spent my career building and scaling businesses — at GlowTouch (a 5x Inc. 5000 company), I helped grow the company to 2,800 employees. Before that, I worked at GE, EnterpriseCorp, and Backupify. Every company, every stage — the same pattern kept repeating.
